• BSH is a small six residents RCFE, therefore it is possible for the Administrator to provide individual care and attention to all of its residents.

• We constantly study new medical researches regarding care of the elderly and adjust our operations [activities, diets, and group/individual programs] to comply with such findings to serve our residents in the best possible way.

• Burlingame Senior Home is a full service facility. Upon request of families, we handle all of the residents needs such as:
  
  
  • Visits and consultation with their physicians to work with the health service agencies to find the best treatment for the resident.
  • Provide in-home services such as hair dresser, private phone line, in room cable TV, etc.

• In emergencies, we shall never leave our residents alone. We fill the missing space of their families, accompany them to health care services, and stay with them until their families arrive. We shall continue to maintain our close relation with them during their treatment until they are fully recovered and returned home.
