ADMISSION PROCESS:
If you, a family member, or a loved one are interested in becoming a resident at the Burlingame Senior Home. Currently we have no vacancies, but by filling and submitting the "Admittance Application form you will be added to our wait list and will be given top priority should any rooms become available. For this process, we recommend you:
- 1. Review the alternate living style for the elderly.
2. Schedule a tour from the facility by calling Faye Ehsanipour at (650)340-8789
3. Fill the resident's Information Chart.
